20TH INTERNATIONAL PHOENIX RALLY

2nd – 6th July 2019, Camp “U SPLAVU”, Hovězí – GPS: N 49°18.22′, E 18°4.73′

Dear bikers, friends and guests,

thank you for accepting our invitation to small, private rally. We meet twenty on this rally. My personal agreement with camp leadership made it possible to prepare 20th Phoenix Rally in Hovezí. We have prepared a program which you can participate in at given times. If you participate the program, please be punctual. All changes in program are reserved and they may be caused by bad weather etc. But We expect very good weather, good and cold beer, lots of fun…

News are presented on the board on the reception. You can ask members of Phoenix mcc for more informations. Informations about accommodation are presented in camping or rally reception. Camp Hovezi has own reservation and billing system with own payment. Each participant pay for accommodation on camp reception and rally fee pay in rally reception.

What is included in rally fee?

• wednesday dinner
• wednesday music and other production
• thursday ride out with entrance and small refresment in OK-Bar
• thursday pricegiving, dinner, music, strip show…
• friday program and competitions, dinner/grill
• during all the time security watch

READ CAREFULLY!!!

After paying accommodation at the campreception, please visit Phoenix Rally Reception beside camp reception.

Each member of rally will receive hand-tape which allows him to move freely in the camp area, to participate the program and to identify him during the gastro service. Also You have to use the tickets for dinner. Remember „No ticket – no dinner“ .

We point out that all members of rally have duty to become familiar with and to follow Operating rules of Camp HOVEZI. In case of breaking the operating rules the responsibility is held by the one who violated them. In case of damaging a campsite equipment by negligence, intention or ignorance the operating rules, the participant who caused the damage will be required to provide financial compensation for it. The organizer Phoenix M.C.C. Zlín holds no responsibility for a damage occurred to a participant during the rally.

In order to diminish the risk of possible theft LOCK cabins/chalets, also in case when you are near the chalet or you are sleeping in it. Always have hand-tape visibly on hand, in evening or night hours during the movement in the camp you may be asked for identification just by this tape. We believe also the other precautions will make you feel safe during the rally.

During the rally do not start your motorbike or other vehicles and do not ride them in the area of the camp for no reason.
